PERIOD TO LEGAL OWNERSHIP
Until contracts are legally exchanged a property is not secure. We work closely with each client’s lawyers, surveyors and funders as well as with the vendor’s agents, to ensure that each property exchanges and proceeds to full legal ownership. We seek to protect our clients against “gazumping” and to work through many of the niggling problems that crop up or cause transactions to bog-down or properties to be lost.
